Though I'm a 2000s kid who mostly grew up with XP, I kinda miss the charm of those ancient webpages. Long before forums and social platforms, we had thousands of websites centered around a specific theme, decorated with low quality JPEGs, GIFs, wacky fonts, weird background textures, and even MIDI songs. They might look tacky today, but they had personality, and there was a website for almost everyone! We will never experience something like exploring the early Internet ever again.
Also, I am the first to get over 1500 points at AOLRunner! YAY! It was a pain in the ass to get, never again, would not recommend.
